Outside, the retreat offers a tranquil atmosphere complemented by fabulous amenities like a paddling pool, sun loungers, an outdoor Jacuzzi a wooden gazebo with open-air dining and a BBQ, ideal for the perfect holiday experience any time of the year.

Inside, the villa is split into two levels and features an open-plan living with Smart TV and an ambient dining area with an open hearth fireplace. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer to facilitate an absolutely carefree vacation. Location

The rental is located in the district of Sveta Katarina, a 10- 15 minute drive from the centre of Pićan and Žminj, 30 minutes from the centre of Rabac and about 40 minutes from the sea coast. Pićan is a historical, quiet, medieval resort, in the interior of the region. It is also 20 minutes from Pazin, 45 minutes from Rabac and about an hour from Rovinj. The nearest shop is within walking distance. There are also sporting activities around; at just a 20-minute drive guests can enjoy kayaking, quad biking and buggy tours at Istria Adventure. For nature lovers, the area has wonderful waterfalls– we recommend the Pazin Waterfalls located about a 20-minute drive from here. The closest airport is Rijeka International Airport, approximately a 75-minute drive from this holiday home in Istria.
