Snuggle up in front of the wood burner whilst admiring the gardens of this quaint holiday cottages just one mile from Pickering.. 2 steps to the entrance.

All on the ground floor.

Living area: With wood burner, 32" Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player.

Dining area.

Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV, iPod dock, DAB radio and en-suite with walk-in shower and toilet.. Electric central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available. Welcome pack and doggy extras.. Garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. 1.8 acres of natural grounds. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead in the natural grounds. Bike store. Parking for 1 car. Please note: Babies under 18 months only. This property has a security deposit of £100.. Cherry Garth Cottages are located in the centre of Thornton le Dale, ’Yorkshire’s little gem’. Cherry Laurel has been named after the cherry trees which border the garden. The cottage has been built from beautiful traditional Yorkshire stone, and is tucked away in the grounds of the owner’s home Cherry Garth. It has an open plan living area with a welcoming wood burner to snuggle up in front of after a busy day out exploring the spectacular Yorkshire coast and countryside, and upon arrival you will find a lovely welcome pack with tea and coffee. There are lovely views from the property onto the garden and the beck which runs alongside the cottage.



The picturesque village of Thornton le Dale is located on the edge of the North York Moors, a mere one mile from Pickering. From here you can take a ride on the famous steam train to Grosmont, Goathland (aka Aidensfield in the classic TV series Heartbeat) and the seaside town of Whitby where you can climb the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey. Those looking for a quieter pace of life may prefer to walk the many footpaths and bridleways over the North York Moors.
