"I had a very pleasant stay at Excellence Suite. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the three lighting options were both practical and relaxing. I also appreciated thoughtful amenities like wine glasses and a corkscrew. A special thank you to the gentleman at reception, who was extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were great. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in as soon as a room was ready. While waiting they served us fresh coffee and croissants from the bakery across the street. They arranged our car the morning we needed to get to the airport. The breakfast is wonderful with fresh baked goods from the bakery. We loved this place and would stay again but would choose a bigger room. I knew the room was small but the bathroom was way too small. It was very clean and modern but you had to sit sideways on the toilet or your knees would hit the wall in front of you! The shower was really small also. I believe it was room 208. Great location."

"If you want convenience to the city center of Rome and want to walk to Trevi fountain in 1 minute with a pizzeria in front of it and Zara and Uniqlo just around the corner this is the hotel for you. This was perfect!! If I’m coming back I will be back here again! Yes you will hear some sounds here and there but overall the positives outweighed the negatives! Get the free breakfast option bec it was ggreat! AC centralized and also the staff were nice!"

"This hotel was everything we could've asked for. This was our first visit to Rome and Italy. We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Roman forum and Vittoriano. The reception team were welcoming, explained services and were very kind. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The room smelled amazing. That good, I will be getting myself the room fragrance used! Rooms were cleaned and change daily. Breakfast was great, had all allergens clearly labelled. Staff were very welcoming. We were very pleased with Raluca, who was very engaging, she welcomed us every morning with a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed. It was great to talk to her about the hotel, our countries and Rome. She was very knowledgeable about the city and we had a great conversation. She was fantastic, so thank you Raluca. This will be a hotel I would recommend and will hopefully be back there in the near future! Thank you to the whole team as it s huge effort to maintain such a good quality service."
