"Did not have the room we reserved available. The 4 of us had to share one queen sized bed. The AC was also broke. Our room was 83 or hotter the whole time. "

"I’m mainly giving this review a 3-star because of the lack of accountability held by the staff/managers for the group of students who were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, shouting, etc until probably 3 am. After listening to it for hours, I finally called downstairs at 12:30 am and told them what was going on. They said “we’ll handle it, we are sorry”… and then it continued until probably 3:30 in the morning. Our family was stopping in Baltimore for a one night stay as we drove home from South Carolina to NY and were just trying to get some rest so we could continue our drive in the morning. We spoke to someone at the front desk, they were not of help. We called and tried to speak to a manager, they were in a meeting and were going to return our call, 2 months later, still waiting on that call back. As an educator who has chaperoned plenty of overnight stays with groups of students, I’m also disappointed in the staff/faculty who were clearly not paying attention or didn’t care that their students were behaving this way. Not cool. "

"Went for a business meeting and a day out with my kid. Check in was great got our room the room was super cold and we couldn’t change the temperature in the room. Called front desk he said he would send someone up to look at it an hour went pass no one came. Walked to the front desk he said yeah I can’t find anyone I’m going to get you a new room moved us to a new room which looked a lot better but nope still problems. Heat still doesn’t work it reads 72 the room is super cold I put it to 80 waiting hours still cold. Bed had a big sink in spot in the middle of the bed. The stay wasn’t pleasant at all went home with a sick kid after sleeping cold all night 0/10 I don’t stay here. "

"No room service. No pool. No parking or discounted parking. No kids zone. Breakfast buffet was ok. Wait staff kept disappearing. Room was big and clean. We faced a parking lot on a neighboring roof so the view was limited. I was underwhelmed from this Marriott. "

"We checked in and immediately felt the heat and smell coming from the lobby. I thought maybe the ac was out in the lobby no big deal. We check in I go to check the room the temperature is 85 degrees in the room I go to change the thermostat and it’s barely holding on to the wall. I hit the button to 65 degrees because it’s all it would go and head down to my car to collect my bags hoping to come back to a semi temperature room. Well nope apparently he watched every last one of us going to this concert check into this hotel with no warning of the fact that the air conditioning is out in the entire hotel. Everyone was coming to the lobby with the same complaint. It was 84 degrees out and the rooms felt like 100. I go back down he tells me I will send maintenance well I find out the next morning mind you the “maintenance” man was also the cook the next morning in our breakfast area. They lied to us promising to send up fans I am asthmatic and had to sleep with windows open in the heat all night I woke up so dizzy over night and thirsty. The comforter had yellow stains from god knows what. The iron wire was taped on to hold the wire up. I was afraid of using it. I had to be dressed and ready for my concert within a hour and a half so I had no time for finding another hotel. 0/10 will never ever go back. "
