Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. "Everything was lovely, except for our 5 hour boat ride we arranged with the hotel. The boat was having engine issues and was very slow. Because of this we visited no villages and stopped only at a village for lunch. Very disappointed. "
