"The room was nice however the AC did not cool during the middle of the day even with the blinds closed. It would get to 76. If we stopped mid day at the hotel to run in it would be miserable in the room. Would finally cool down at dusk. One elevator was out so it made it a long wait for trips to the 5th floor. They literally had one elevator for 6 floors or take the stairs. Otherwise the location of the hotel is excellent and the front desk staff were very nice."

"We came to celebrate 2 kids birthdays and for spring break. Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Tons of things for kids to do. Three kids ages 12, 9 and 6 and our kids loved the indoor pool area. The kids never once said they were bored. We will definitely be coming back once we can swim outdoors too!"

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and ample parking in the back of the hotel. The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. It’s literally right next to Lost Mine Mountain Coaster & Mini Golf too. The breakfast is good with lots of hearty foods and protein options to choose from. There’s a fireplace and seating out back along with the hot tub and a small outdoor pool. The indoor pool is small. The workout area is in a big room but 2 of the treadmills were out of order and the ellipticals had broken handles and malfunctioning menus, definitely low quality machines and disappointing models as they are quite outdated and don’t function properly which is frustrating if you want to use them. The rooms appear comfy and clean until closer inspection reveals hair in crevasses, corners and edges along the sides of the walls, even behind the door. I did have a stained comforter which was revealed when the sheets got messed up from sleeping one night. I did have a makeup stained pillowcase. Everything appears clean upon closer inspection. I would say you pay for what you get, but it’s a bit disappointing when the hotel is affiliated with Hilton. Would I stay again, depends on price and what I want to put up with. The rooms were quiet, it was spring break and we never dealt with noise on any level or area. "
