Newly built 5BR cabin in downtown Pigeon Forge. Amazing location, NO steep roads, full amenities, sleeps 16 across 3 levels all with ensuites. You can't go wrong!!

You get the whole house!

I will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

This cabin is in a community of other cabins, all paved roads and very easily accessible. The development may have construction from time to time.

Parking will be allowed in the driveway up to 3-4 cars. Street parking is not allowed.

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

We had a great getaway. Property was immaculate. Had nine people staying and the only complaint was that the pool cues needed new tips. We would definitely recommend this cabin.

Great Property!

The house was just the right size for our family. The kids had separate spaces to connect and play. Really worked well that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and plenty of space. The kitchen was spacious and laid out well for a large group. Megan was great with communication and follow up every step of the way. Would definitely book with her again!

Great home in great location!

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated home. Everything was perfect from the beginning of the stay especially with the communication with the owner. We arrived about 30 minutes early and asked if we could get in the house sooner than check in; she quickly responded and said we could but the cleaners might be just finishing up. The location could not be better, so close to the action and offered Much convenience. Not being used to hills and mountains

Short Family Stay

My Family visited Megan's cabin for my son's graduation. Everything is as pictured. The cabin is beautiful! It is a shirt distance to the parkway and only 2 miles to a grocery store. It is a brand new neighborhood and her directions were perfect. Megan communicated with me daily. She answered any questions and was the best host. I can't wait to visit again.

Perfect bed room setup for large family / multiple families.

Megan was and awesome host! She responded promptly to all messages. The cabin has and awesome layout to handle 5 couples easily with each having a private bathroom. This was a newly constructed very clean and very well furnished cabin. The kitchen had all the necessities that you would need. Bathrooms were well equipped with towels. Location was perfect with easy access to back roads to navigate the Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley area without using the parkway much. Anyone looking for an awesome cabin and host (Megan) look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was nice and clean.

The breaker box tripped several times which caused the lights in the kitchen to go out. We were able to correct the problem each time and I emailed the owner and she responded. The pool sticks need new ends and the refrigerator door needs a better secure latch because we had to push it up hard to prevent it from beeping. Minor things but overall stay was wonderful.

Was surprised to find cabin is in a development of identical cabins all very close to each other & the walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors in our bedroom. No dish cloth in the kitchen so had to wet towels to wipe the counters as only one sponge provided. Pull out couches are very uncomfortable so easier to sleep on couch. Ladies bring a make up mirror! Impossible to put on makeup in the badly lit bathrooms. Usually when we rent people leave things like salt & pepper, coffee filters etc. but obviously they clean all that out so that was very disappointing. We still had fun and enjoyed being close to town but next time will look for a more private one that at least has the bare essentials in the kitchen. Cabin was very clean though which is a big plus. Oh and the ice takes a LONG time to refill..we went and bought ice

This was a very nice property and host, we arrived to our first cabin and the hot tub wasn’t working, our host was very understanding and even offered us another cabin for the same price! Will definitely stay in one of this hosts cabins again!

My family and I really enjoyed the cabin! It was very nice on the inside and out! Wished we could have stayed longer but had to get back to reality lol! Weekend Christmas getaway

The place was very spacious. The Christmas decorations was a plus. The owner was quick in responding to our inquiries. We weren’t able to enjoy the other amenities like the hot tub due to time constraints but overall we enjoyed staying here.

Dollywood Family Stay!

Our place was awesome, was clean and no issues, place was more than big enough for our entire group to have their own space and privacy when needed. The listing was just as described. Location of property was far enough away to make you think you were in the middle of nowhere but was just a short drive from everything. We’re definitely going back in the future. Our host was amazing as well, she communicated with us during the entire process from getting started and until we got back home. Truly an incredible experience.

Great fit for a large family close to town

This cabin was a great fit for our group of 7 adults, 2 teens, and 6 little kids. We cooked and grilled and found the kitchen to be well supplied with cookware and dishes. The cabin location is very convenient to the parks and attractions where we were able to drop off and pick up family rather than having them pay for parking and ride the shuttle.
