A Bear-riffic View – Luxury Smoky Mountain Cabin at Parkside Resort
Welcome to A Bear-riffic View, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury cabin with two additional half baths, located just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Spanning an impressive 3,560 square feet across three levels, this beautifully designed retreat is the largest four-bedroom cabin in the resort—offering exceptional space, comfort, and unforgettable Smoky Mountain views. Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, this cabin provides parking for approximately four vehicles, with additional parking available throughout the resort.

True to its name, the cabin features charming bear-themed décor throughout—see how many bears you and your group can spot during your stay! With luxurious finishes, expansive gathering spaces, and incredible entertainment areas, A Bear-riffic View delivers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun.

Main Level
With just two steps to the front door, you’ll enter into a beautifully designed open-concept main level featuring the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath.
The dining area comfortably seats eight guests beneath stunning double antler chandeliers, creating a striking focal point for shared meals. Additional seating for six is available at the breakfast bar.
The fully equipped kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, natural gas stove and oven, dishwasher, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry with unique hardware. Small appliances include a coffee maker, wine cooler, and blender, along with all cookware, utensils, and dishware needed for your stay.
The living room is the heart of the home, showcasing breathtaking Smoky Mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV or relax beside the soaring stone gas fireplace that extends to the vaulted ceiling. Seating includes two plush sofas and two oversized chairs for ultimate comfort.
Step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck featuring an outdoor TV, gas fireplace, gas grill, upgraded patio furniture, rocking chairs, and a comfortable outdoor sofa—perfect for taking in the mountain views.
The first master suite is also located on this level and includes a king-size bed, electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and direct deck access. The en-suite bathroom features a custom tiled walk-in shower and double vanity.

Upper Level
At the top of the stairs, guests are welcomed by a catwalk overlooking the living room, offering incredible mountain views and a close-up look at the stunning antler chandelier.
This level features two additional master suites, along with a full laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
The first upper-level suite includes a king-size bed, electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower and double vanity, and a private deck with rocking chairs.
The second upper-level suite offers a king-size bed, electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower and double vanity, and private deck access with rocking chairs.

Lower Level
The lower level is an entertainment dream, featuring one of the most impressive game rooms in the Smokies. Enjoy a custom log regulation-size pool table, two arcade games, a digital pinball machine with over 300 games, foosball table, Golden Tee golf arcade game, log futon seating, and a large flat-screen TV.
This level also includes a half bath and a wet bar with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
For movie nights, step into the private theater room featuring two rows of theater-style seating plus a couch, accommodating up to 14 guests.
The fourth bedroom suite includes two queen-size beds, an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and double vanity.
The lower-level deck offers a relaxing nook complete with a hot tub, rocking chairs, and outdoor TV—perfect for unwinding while enjoying the mountain views.

During inclement weather, Parkside Resort’s maintenance team ensures roads are well maintained. Roads throughout the resort are wide, paved, and not steep.
The resort is also motorcycle-friendly, offering flat paved parking suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
