Our Family’s Condo is Beautifully Furnished & Decorated. It is on the 2nd Floor and Located 2 blocks (500 ft) off of the Parkway. Our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo has High Speed Private WIFI and HD Cable TV in the Living Room. Watch TV or enjoy our Private High Speed Internet while relaxing on our New Rocker Recliner, Swivel Rocker or our Comfortable Sofa. Condo has a full Kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Pots, Pans, Dishes and much more. There is a Full Bathroom with a bathtub / shower combination. The bedroom has a new California King Size Bed, a Jacuzzi Jetted Tub and Cable TV. Relax by our Pool or Gazebo and enjoy views of the surrounding Mountain, Stream and Log Cabin across the street. We are conveniently located close to everything, Publix and Kroger's are just down the street. The ISLAND, Comedy Barn & Dolly's New Adventure, along with Restaurants and Shops are in walking distance.

Anniversary getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and cozy. Owner was great to work with and they even had flowers left for us by the owner for our anniversary. Close to everything yet quiet and relaxed.

Very clean and cozy home! Comfy furniture and bed. Incredible location to all the activities and quiet being on back road of main drag. Super safe area and friendly neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome condo!

Condo was beautiful with Christmas decorations and bear themed. It was loaded with amenities and very clean.This condo is so close to everything but yet very quite location!

Great property!!!

Went for a girls weekend, Tom, the owner, was amazing! He gave lots of info for food and things to do in the area, check in was seamless and stress free! The property was super clean, quiet area, close to everything! Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. The housekeeper on checkout was amazing, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone! Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Very easy, great experience. Wonderful, cozy and welcoming. Extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The bed is so comfortable! Close to The Island, Dollywood and all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but you don't hear any of it. The host, Tom, was absolutely the best and offered suggestions to make our stay nicer. Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it at all!

Perfect in Every Way

As the title of this rating says, this condo was perfect in every way. It was very clean which is always at the top of my necessity list. It was close to restaurants, activities, etc. The Island is just across the street where there are many restaurants to choose from. It is an easy walk from the condo. The condo is in a quiet area and away from the busyness of the main drag. When we returned to the condo for the evening, we felt like we were returning home. Thank you Tom for being an excellent host. You were very informative and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay here again. Would love to come back when the rhododendrons are in bloom!

First trip in decades to Pigeon Forge

The property is exactly as described! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do, and Tom was very helpful with suggestions and options for rhe weekend. It is walking distance to The Island, which has all kinds of shopping. Tom had the place warm and comfy for us after our trip up from Atlanta ....one the coldest weekend of the year. We will definitely be back! Thanks Tom for a great weekend!!!
