Cozy Cottage

“Cozy Cottage" is in the heart of Pigeon Forge! It is in high demand as it is minutes walking distance to the parkway. Nestled away in a private community. In the beautiful valley of Pigeon Forge. Minutes away from Museums, Dinner Shows, Dollywood, and shopping. Upon entrance of home, It has a clean cottage feel, with vintage lighting and a twist of farmhouse decor. There is a pool in the community, a grill and a creek out back!
The space
Expect to smell freshness as you walk in. A home away from home but in a cottage style to make you feel you are on a vacation that is well deserved.

Master Bedroom- In this room you have a queen size bed with a walk in closet. A large screen TV with cable/Amazon prime/ Hulu/Disney Plus/Netflix. The window faces the back where the back porch is located.
This room has a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

Guest Bedroom- In this room has a Queen Bed with a walk in closet. A screen TV with cable/Amazon prime/Hulu/ Disney Plus/Netflix.

Guest bathroom- Is located outside of the room and is the main bathroom for the home.

Living room has a queen size sofa bed that accommodates two.
Guest access
The community road is paved. Two Parking spaces are to the right of the home. This is a very small community and is not a complete rental community, so please be kind to our neighbors and wave "Hi", as this is the TN culture. You will definitely have the chance to mingle with the locals.
Other things to note
Please no parties or even large gatherings. In this community you have locals that are permanent residents. Very friendly and quiet community.

No smoking inside.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Please notify us upon booking as we need to send the charge separately through the resolution center.

Checkout procedures are listed on the refrigerator for your convenience.
