The hot tube at the pool was a really nice addition to my stay, gave us a little relaxation time with was much appreciated and it was so private and cozy 10/10!! Also breakfast!!! Absolutely delicious!!!

This property is a “hit or miss” depending on the hotel clerk and/or room you get. If you get the afternoon/night shift clerk, if she’s preoccupied on her phone, you are not important and probably will get a LONG delay until she completes her “personal” phone communication. Then you get checked in, not sure why she gets by with this. I will say, the new managers do TRY! They do put forth effort. The breakfast is great! Some of the rooms are not good! But some are great! They need to reconsider the front desk staff! Namely, the night shift, that, unfortunately, they’ve already replaced. Hope they get it together. This place has so much potential, with the right staff.

I feel embarrassed that I booked this hotel and had my family stay here. While I do understand that you pay cheap you aren't expecting luxury, but this was probably the worst on the cheaper side. While the online check ins and check outs were convenient and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the room itself was awful. On the first night we noticed roaches. The outside is very dirty and people outside until 2am. The inside of the room was extremely moist. Like the air was wet , walls were wet and the floor was damp 24/7. The bedsheets were damp , almost like they didn't allow them to dry before dressing the beds. So we woke up constantly with our clothes damp. The beds were hard and the entire stay was just super uncomfortable itself. I even woke up to a couple bug bites. Most of the pros was that the breakfast was good and the location is extremely close to all the attractions. But along the way there are far better options.

We rented 3 rooms and they were great. Air conditioning worked extremely well no problems. Breakfast was always fresh and hot. Pool was always nice and cleaned. I have no complaints will visit again

I would not recommend for a family getaway! Our room was next to permanent residents living on the property. They were outside all hours of the night, very loud! Breakfast eggs were slimy, ram out of milk two days, didn’t have enough room to accommodate everyone in lobby but would change $15 if you left the lobby area, hot tub wasn’t hot. Staff was told.pool was cloudy and dirty Had to hunt somebody down to get towels. The beds are super uncomfortable and only had sheets not blankets. Staff in the office, and breakfast area was nice and helpful but everyone else on the property wasn’t. This was just a few things. There was more! Wanted to leave the first night but couldn’t find anything to accommodate our party.

It was the nastiest hotel we have stayed in. Dirt and hair in the bed, only had 2 bath towels no washcloth, hand towels or bath floor mat. They moved us to another room wasn't much better at 930ish pm. They floor was damp looked like they just cleaned up something, on the table was a armband from a amusement park with water drops by it. The receptionist said no one has been in room. Same problem with towels plus no trash can. Breakfast was a joke.

We got to the room and we got the suite that had two rooms. The rooms were nasty. There was no trash cans. Sheets had paint on them. One of the ac unit did not work at all a second one started pouring water on day 2. There was a mc meeting there and they were in the parking lot drinking smoking weed loud music till almost midnight. The our neighbor was seating outside smoking weed which caused our room to smell like it. There was black mold on the ceiling. Outside patios were never cleaned and were nasty. Beds and pillows were highly uncomfortable. The only reason for the one star is because it was in a good location to Dollywood which was our purpose for trip.

There was nothing that I can say good about this place. They messed my reservation up. I had an emergency at my job. Someone got hurt. Real bad had to be taken to the hospital. I informed them. Had my reservation moved just up 1 day on the check end? And 1 day on the departure and they could not figure that out for nothing. They charged me for the full 3 day. Stay that I booked not 2 day 3 and told me that I was not getting a refund through them or Expedia. Per no show prior to this. Also I called and talked to an employee and they told me there was a note. Put on my file and that the next shift would get it. I end up leaving where I live. About one aM and getting to pageant forge around 3:30 AM. Quarter to 4 and no one was in the office. To check me in, there was a note on the door that said, if you needed an assistant call this number, I started calling that number at 349350. I did not get a call back or response until after 7:30 After seven thirty, when I did get a call back it was the owner slash. Nighttime manager, who was not at the office and she told me that my booking date was for sunday. The thirtieth and my checkout date was for monday or tuesday. She couldn't really remember or see it on the computer. And I needed to pay seventy four more dollars to be checked out at eleven a m. So altogether, it would have been about two hundred and fifty dollars for a four hour stay. So you tell me what you would have done or what kind of review you would have gave them in this
