99 Bears was the most comfortable Vrbo we have stayed in to date. One of our favorite amenities was the Theater Room. We also appreciated the touch of Christmas in the cabin - Christmas tree, stockings hung "by the chimney with care", etc. We had fun on our bear hunt and found all 99 bears! Amazing Getaway.

We enjoyed our getaway in this lovely rustic cabin. We had plenty of room for our girls trip with 6. We enjoyed the coziness of this space with plenty of smaller spaces to escape. The king beds were comfortable and the movie night was great with the theatre. I was told many times I chose the space very well. This cabin is minutes from Pigeon Forge and an easy commute to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park.

Great cabin, and great stay. Property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Nice location not far from the parkway in pigeon forge, but far enough off to enjoy the peaceful mountains.

This is a BEAUTIFUL cabin! It has one bedroom on ground floor, 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs and a movie room. It was very clean and everything easy to fine. We had a visitor one day, our neighbor bear. Very interesting creatures! Best vacation in the mountains in a long time! Easy to rent and exactly as described!

A group of friends and I stayed here during a trip to Pigeon Forge. It was a nice place to stay — clean, good amenities, and I liked that it had 4 rooms with king beds so there was no squabbling over who gets which room.

First of all, Deric is an awesome owner that will make accommodations when needed. The place was very clean and well put together. The location was great, very close to downtown but far enough away to feel like you're in a cabin in the woods. I highly recommend VRBOing this location.

Fantastic stay

Cabin was awesome. Great for the whole family. Location was very convenient to everything, while being in the mountains. We enjoyed Smokey mountains knife works, tram to Ober Mountain and the shopping.

This cabin was beautiful!! It was just what we needed for our little family trip. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful for soothing our aches after walking all day seeing the sights. The whole place, including the hot tub, was very clean. My grown children enjoyed watching movies on the downstairs projector screen. The view from the back porch was stunning! We would definitely consider this one again in the future.

Perfect location

This 4 bedroom cabin is on the south end of Pigeon Forge, and very easy to get to Gatlinburg without all the town traffic. It was spacious and comfortable. Media room for watching movies and two balconies. Our host was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was great. I would stay again.
