Clean, well equipped with indoor pool, hot tub, workout room, full breakfast 7-10 am each morning, in room fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Hot water in shower was good! Some rooms have large stone fireplaces, others a jacuzzi, but most are just regular dbl queens, single king beds. Bed was very comfy with warm covers, and lots of pillows. Tough to get out if heading south, but I was there, unfortunately, unknowingly, during spring break when lots of families with young kids were there. Last night there, one family and their out of control kids made trying to sleep a literal nightmare. Screaming, running up and down hallway, blaring tv next door, slamming room doors, knocking, talking full volume, oh... did I mention this went on from 10p til 1am?! Yeah. I overslept for my morning appointment because of this major sleep disruption. Never again. The hotel is really great, but beware WHEN you travel to Pigeon Forge. Traffic was HORRENDOUS. Restaurants were so packed you couldnt get served or get reservations. I walked out of one restaurant after 25 minutes of being entirely ignored AFTER being seated. No thanks. Fast food doesn't satisfy while on vacation.

We did not use the gym or the indoor pool as time didn't permit however, the property was clean, was safe, and had the nicest staff we could ask for. My husband is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating to that. While the bathroom doors inside the rooms aren't wide enough for wheelchairs to get through, we were able to use the restroom across the hall from our room (by the pool). The staff did bring him a shower chair and he was able to adapt to the surroundings and take a shower. We will definitely stay here again. It was 10 minutes from Dollywood theme park, within 10 minutes (or walking distance) of the Titanic museum, Wonderworks, Alcatraz museum and many other major attractions there on Parkway in Pigeon Forge. HAD A BLAST AND WE WILL BE BACK.

It was a basic average stay.. I would have liked the gym area to be open earlier than nine am... It's not like there's any one in there. Monitoring it anyway, but six a m would be better before breakfast.... Breakfast was okay, but it starts at seven and by the time it's eight o'clock, there was barely anything left as far as any hot food.There was just basically some fruits and breads and juices and cereal.... The eggs were all gone.The sausages were all gone..etc..

The hotel is very well located, and the breakfast is excellent. The only complaint is that it's very old and looks quite worn out; the carpets, the paint, the bathrooms—everything is very old. It needs some investment, but for a short stay, using it for what it is—a place to sleep and enjoy the day—it's fine.

Hotel is old, musty, smelly. From the front desk to the room. Never stayed a single night but was for the complete reservation. Checked in, went to the room and went right back to the lobby to cancel everything. Contacted Expedia, Expedia contacted the hotel staff approved the cancelation. Staff assured us we were not going be charged with the exception of the first night. Returned the keys, staffed reassured we would not be charged with the above exception. We never stayed a single night. 4 days later I was charged the complete amount. I was invoiced by Ramada and the charge was on my CCard. I immediately returned to the hotel to question the charge. Two seperate employees attempted to refund my card but was unable. The staff gave me the AGM card and assured me she was able to process the refund. She would be in later in the day. I requested follow up via email and phone call. I never received any follow up. I called later in the day, I was told she was not able to take my call. I emailed the AGM the next day. I outlined the situation and the conversations will all persons. In addition I outlined the expectations. At this time there has been no action taken by the establishment. No refund or contact. Goods and services not rendered constitutes theft.
