Price point fantastic

For price this hotel was good. Bed was way too soft. I couldnt stay on my side of the bed do to saggy middle. Not a good night sleep for me. Husband liked it. Key also only worked sometimes.

Bathroom was dirty, toilet had feces on the toilet seat, towels still had other peoples hair stuck to them, and hair was hanging from the shower rod. The sheets were stained a yellow color. We didn't have a DND sign, housekeeping did tend to our room but it wasn't much better. Housekeeping walked in our room without knocking while we were there.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly clean, but could have used a deep clean honestly. The only issue was that the water in the tub was not draining properly, so after a few minutes in the shower, it was standing in the tub. For the price, I couldn’t complain.

This property is terrible. Bathroom fixtures were in disrepain. The microwave was dirty. There was dust an inch thick on the doors. The dorjamb was black in places with dirt. Staff not helpful. Chemicals off in the pool, water was opaque white.

For the price you can not beat this place! It was very very clean. The beds slept good. I would suggest a little table in the room to eat but for the price you could not beat this place. Would definitely stay again.

Nice budget friendly motel

This place is dark and kind of creepy looking but I have never felt unsafe staying there. It has always been very clean. I will gladly stay here again when looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Good Place to Stay in Pigeon Forge

The hotel is clean, the and well furnished. The property is old, and the furnishings are basic. The location is close to the museums and dinner theaters but farther away from the main drag and shopping. While this hotel is not fancy, I would stay again as we wanted a basic clean room.

The people of the front desk are really nice. The pool need a little bit of maintenance and the door wouldn’t shut correctly for the people around here or so nice we could see wonderworks in the mountains from our room. The beds are super comfortable.

Was quiet. Room was clean and they clean daily. Unlike other hotels. Pool was refreshing. However the room could use some USB ports or more plugs for charging phones. Close to the attractions, shopping, eateries. For the price we paid and the area we were in was great.
