Staff was great to work with. We love staying here! Great layout for sharing a space with others. We each have our own bed and bathroom. Common area is big enough to hangout. Pool area is nice. Conveniently located near Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, but away from the strip if you like a little quiet time too.

The place was in a great location to go to Dollywood. Quick 15 minute drive. The carpet had a spot that was coming up and it could use a little updating. Everyone that worked there were super nice and friendly. Beautiful view. Loved having the kitchen and the washer and dryer. We would stay there again.

Duplex was a little dated, could stand some updating (recliner was extremely worn). The unit was clean. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs. Bedroom with separate bathroom downstairs. All in all a nice unit for a very good price.

This place has not had an update since the 1990s; carpet, old and dingy drapes old and dingy fixtures were gross. Everything worked ok but it does not have the modern conveniences such usb ports. The location was very nice and remote The view from the balcony was pleasant. In my opinion, the bed was unacceptable and we had to leave early because it was dated in an uncomfortable…. And I was unable to sleep. This property has just been bought and it’s obvious that they do the bare minimum to up keep. Parking lot were lit and security was on site and present.

I really enjoyed my stay here I've always enjoyed this location. Everything went well to check in process was fairly smooth poor lady was running everything by herself because somebody called in but she was great she gave me all the information I needed. The room was very nice very spacious I was able to get in building 2 which is the renovated building so I had a great experience overall I would totally recommend this place I've stayed here about three times and every single time has been great.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. There was an issue, and they made sure it was resolved. The staff also made me feel like they knew me personally. Great stay, would definitely recommend.
