"I would not recommend no matter how cheap and close to NIH. Our room has bugs and needs some updates. Hallways smell very musty. Keep everything zipped or the bugs will travel with you. Not a bed bug, more of a strange insect. Elevators don't work and we were put on 4th floor. Luckily a room on 2nd was available. Front desk staff were kind and smooth check in"

Cleanliness and service should be the basics, not the exception. I hope management reviews these issues and improves the guest experience for future visitors. "
