"The air conditioner made a loud clanking noise and the jacuzzi was no where near above about 80 degrees at 09:00 in the morning. The maintenance person told us it should start getting warmer and it never did after another 1/2 hour. "

When i checked in was told the pool was fine, when we woke up to go to the pool we found out the pool was closed until tuesday for some reason, no explanation. Again we chose this hotel for the pool and payed the $230 for the use of amenities. Our room smelled of dog pee and fresh steam cleaning chemicals. The room phone wasnt connected to anything. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok."
