"Amenities were in good condition. I would recommend the following to go the next level with customers staying:1. Offer everyday essentials. Leave out more than a few garbage bags and a couple of dishwasher pods especially when there are people staying for a full week. These small things go a long way. 2. Make sure all electronics work. Could not figure out Hulu live. I messaged owner on the app on the first night and didn’t hear back. Wasn’t a big deal since I had my own tv service. Fire stick behind the main tv didn’t have a power cord. PlayStation remotes did not have a charging cord. We had our own charging cords that worked on the PlayStation remotes. Again not a big deal since I had a cord that worked and tv own subscription. Loved the use of the cart and games in the garage!"

"This is a fantastic place to stay. The proximity to Panama City Beach and Pier Park is great, and yet you are out of the crowds. The cabin is well maintained and comfortable. We did run into an issue while there, but the response of John and his associate Brett was swift and the issue was dealt with timely. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone staying in the area. Oh, and there is a fantastic shooting range just a few miles down the road!"

"We had such a great time and enjoyed the animals so much. The donkeys would stand at the fence and not blink until we brought over some cut up pears from the tree. They were super friendly. The house was perfect for our large family and we had plenty of room to hang out in the living room, dining room area. "

It was an easy one to book because of the location and (we were down for a baseball tournament) very close to frank brown park! The space is very spacious and there were more than enough beds to accommodate our family. "

My husband and I are very allergic to poison oak so we didn’t explore around too much, but what we did explore was beautiful. Also, the bed was very comfortable. "
