"Room smelled moldy and damp. Then we found a large wet spot of carpet near bathroom entrance. We had booked a room on a “high floor” but were given first floor and they wouldn’t move us. Their solution was Lysol spray rather than move us to a new room/floor! Management unavailable to help. Found much garbage under the couch as well. Do not stay here. "

"The place was nice enough. The sofas looked a bit dirty. The sheets in the bigger bedroom were very strong smelling, like super perfumy laudry detergent. The coffee creamer pods were old, chunky creamer. We reached out trying to find out if park entrance passes were included with the rental but noone ever got back to us. The sweet guy at the park gate let us in for free because he said someone should have let us know and he hated to charge us if we were suppose to have free passes. I've stayed in another one of these units and it was much nicer and more up to date."

"Karen was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. The place was super clean. Everything in the listing was accurate. The place is very quaint. We felt very safe. It was easy to walk to everything. We would definitely stay here again."
