"Clean room, fair bed, friendly staff."

"Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy."

"Breakfast including coffee was barely warm. Even the hot water tap was barely Luke warm."

"The cabin was clean and comfortable for our family of two couples and 3 children. The kitchen was incredibly stocked which made family sized meals a breeze. We enjoyed the forest themed decor which was especially fun for our grandkids to find and count all of the bears throughout! The area was beautiful and quiet, and perfect for walks or just play time. Our host was friendly and attentive. It was an excellent value and could not have been a better experience!"
