The percentage of payment prepaid when I did the reservation did not reflect on the hotel’s end and was not discounted from the remaining amount, which is fine because they added another room without much extra cost."

"This is a convenient central place from which to explore Florianopolis beaches from north to south (one beach being just a walk away). The ride to the airport from here is quick. The rooms are simple, clean and maintained well. Breakfast was simple and nicely presented."
