"The room was perfect. The check in process was very overwhelming, they lock up at night and you can’t get in. Was stuck outside in the pouring rain for over 20 min. I called the number but don’t speak Spanish so the older gentleman at the desk hung up on me. I had to get someone to call for me and put them on speaker to talk to him before being able to get in. I was one of 2 stuck outside in the rain unable to get in. Nowhere on your booking does it say you can’t check in in the evening....

"Hotel was great. Quiet and convenient location. Keep in mind that it’s a €50 taxi ride. Front desk staff was NOT friendly. She was quite rude and dismissive. Did not enjoy neither of the interactions i had with her"
