"Nice hotel, friendly staff"

"Très bel hôtel rénové. par contre, une nuit catastrophique avec un bruit de machine à café sur la climatisation, toute la nuit et toutes les 4 minutes !!! c'est vraiment dommage. J'ai signalé ce bruit à l'hôtesse d'accueil qui n'avait pas l'air surprise !!! "

"Stayed in this hotel as had an appointment in the area of Valenciennes. Hotel is in good state , clean and good comfort. Downside is that the restaurant is located inside the Casino , which i did not intend to visit :) Food was good but did not enjoy the casino surrounding :) during the night it can be a bit noisy outside with people leaving the casing during late (or early) hours. Breakfast simple but good. no charger for electrical cars :( "

"We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund...

"This was a one night stop on our way south - we have stayed before and enjoy seeing the horses nearby. The breakfast was very nice. the only issue was that the holder for the shower head was broken, so we had to hold it ourselves. A good budget friendly place in summary. "

"Séjour désagréable car, outre le fait que la circulation automobile est extrêmement bruyante, l'état de la chambre laisse à désirer voir photos : Papier mural déchiré à plusieurs endroits, sèche cheveux ne pouvant pas fonctionner car il manque le tuyau de soufflerie; le carrelage des toilettes n'a pas vu l'éponge depuis un temps certain; la bouche d'aération est dans un état déplorable."
