Just off the kitchen is the serene and spa-like primary bedroom suite, also with ocean views. The bedroom has a king Sleep Number bed which allows you to adjust the softness of the mattress for your own comfort level as well as raise the head and foot areas up and down, operating each side of the bed independently from the other, and smart TV with Sonos sound system. The en-suite bath attached to the primary bedroom has dual sinks in the vanity, two separate clothes closets with mirrored sliding doors, a glass enclosed roll-in shower with fold-down seat and hand-held showerhead, and water closet with a smart toilet that also includes bidet features. At the top of the stairs going down to the living room is the main Sonos sound system control panel, which allows you to play many different types of music and you can play something different in every room or the same throughout the property. The living room has a big sectional sofa that has 2 twin pullouts for additional sleeping (linens are provided), smart TV with Sonos sound system, fireplace, and nearly a full wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors with a view directly out to the beach, the Pismo Pier and the Pacific Ocean. The lower level of the oceanfront deck has a large sectional outdoor sofa with a natural gas firepit table (not suitable for outdoor cooking), and a propane BBQ.

Monthly Stays require prior owner approval, no exceptions, and a price will be negotiated based on the dates desired and other factors.
