Cozy with awesome views! Centrally located to walk to restaurants and shops. We're senior citizens and would have liked a short railing for the couple of steps to the entry. But not a deal breaker!

This Place is Amazing!

New Year’s Holiday

Quick stay to Pismo to ring in the new year. Great accommodation with ease and accessibility to downtown Pismo Beach, easy access to drive to other attractions in area too. Ability to head out for long walks along the beach right outside the door is the best of all.

Amazing location and views

This property is well appointed and the location is amazing. There are many shops and restaurants within a short walk.it is right on the beach and the views are spectacular. The bed & pillows are very comfortable. Easy to get to and close to everything you could possibly want.I was also surprised as it is on the main walk for the beach it was quite.

Pismo Beach Stay

We have been coming to Pismo Beach for over 20 years now and have stayed at a variety of places. By far this has been the best of all of them. Very convenient to everything and the view can not be matched. Everything was provided and was in top notch shape. The team we rented from was available and responded to all of are questions. We highly recommend staying here.

Weekend Get away

We loved our stay at studio. It was a perfect location to zip in and out of. Luckily we snagged a good parking spot and didn’t have to move our truck all weekend. The room was exactly like it is pictured. Our check in was just a little messed up because our agreement email went to a spam account, and then we couldn’t reach anyone on the office phone even though we were calling in their hours of operation. But as soon as we got ahold of someone and were able to get the code to get it, it was a very enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to come back, and now know to check out spam email.

We enjoyed the views from this property. The unit is on the end so you get early morning traffic noise from delivery trucks, trash trucks etc daily however it would not stop us from staying there again. The bed was super comfortable. The property set up looks a little different than the pics online due to upgrades. It’s a beautiful studio! We had a wonderful week there. Hope to be back again next year.

Beautiful & Relaxing

The property was as described and clean great location next to the beach. Had a situation with someone blocking the parking garage that was out of the owners control called them. They handled the situation within minutes. Thank you, Jenny and Kim. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great access to beach.

This was our first little family vacation. It was the perfect location for access to the beach. I loved having parking for the location and washer and dryer. It was summer time so the evening was pretty hot, but the fan provided was helpful. The headboard was very unsteady and any movement caused it to bang against the wall. It’s was our first vacation rental so we do not have much to compare to. All and all, it was a nice first trip for our family and we are looking into going back.

Close to beach but a little too much traffic noise for our liking

As I've since read in another recent review, I probably should have tried to do more research ahead of time. The condo is mostly as advertised, right on the beach, but what I missed is that there is a road with a dead-end cul-de-sac right beside the unit and there are non-stop cars and large trucks going up and down the road and trucks unloading goods all day and night. The garbage trucks seemingly came every morning and given that the only safe windows to leave open overnight are the side windows, the trucks feel like they are in the unit with you! The unit itself was very clean and the pictures are accurate but the furniture needs some updating as the sofa and sofa bed creaks terribly, the main bed also makes noise when you simply roll over and the arm chair has seen better days/decades. The kitchen is very sparse which I find to be 50/50 with vacation rentals so not altogether a surprise. It is a decent discount rental but just be prepared for the noise and fairly modest furnishings.
