Endless Views & Easy Beach Days at Pacific Sunset

  • Welcome to Pacific Sunset — your 5-star beach escape right in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach.
Soak up the sunshine and sea breeze from the private rooftop deck, where you'll enjoy sweeping 360° views of the ocean, rolling hills, and vibrant downtown.

This coastal retreat is fresh, spotless, and oh-so-comfy — the perfect place to unwind after a day on the sand.

Second-floor living is where it’s at: kick back in the spacious living room with plush seating and a 65" SmartTV, gather around the dining table and kitchen island, and cook up a storm in the sleek chef’s kitchen. A private balcony with a natural gas BBQ is just steps away, perfect for easy grilling with sunset views. You’ll also find a convenient half bath and laundry area on this level.

Head upstairs to the third floor to find three serene bedrooms:

The master suite features a king bed, SmartTV, and a private ensuite bath.

Bedrooms two and three each offer cozy queen beds and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A spiral staircase leads to the crown jewel — the rooftop deck, where sparkling ocean views, a dining table for four, and a cozy fire pit lounge await. It’s beach life, elevated.

    Tech & Extras:
Enjoy the 65" SmartTV with Apple TV HD, local channels, or connect your own device via HDMI. Stream your favorites or simply unplug and enjoy the vibe.

Other perks include keyless/contactless entry, fast WiFi, beach gear, quality linens, queen sleeper sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Pack light, breathe deep, and let Pacific Sunset be your base for sandy toes and salty air.

Steps from downtown and beach

The property is in a great location. Downtown and beach. Literally a block away are restaurants and stores. A couple blocks to the beach. Loved that they had the rooftop fireplace. The view during the day and night were amazing. Would stay again.

Great location and property

We had a great stay. The location is perfect – an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. We loved the rooftop deck. The unit was very clean with the exception of some dirty spots on the stairs carpet but that didn’t detract from the overall cleanliness of the unit. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check in and check out were very easy.

Pismo Beach House Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no house manual/instructions. Seven Sisters did not answer my question about a waiver on having guests for lunch.

Great rental close to beach and restaurants

The property was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped such that we cooked breakfast and dinner every night and saved $$ for activities like surf lessons! We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop patio in the evening but could not get the fire pit to work. Location was just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk everywhere.

Birthday Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue I had - was when I reached out via message to inquire about 2 things. One if one guest with us could use her handicap parking pass and park in the handicap parking. Second, we arrived Friday night, headed up to loft to hang out by fire pit but we didn't see a propane tank. I messaged about that along with handicap, we never heard back. The next day Saturday, we noticed that the bbq had a direct line so we went up and checked and noticed the fire pit had one as well. Other than not getting a response, the stay, residence and atmosphere was amazing.

Huge kitchen! The only - was that we asked a question via SMS and nobody answered that.

We loved our visit and the condo was perfect for our family . We would definitely stay again.

Perfect! Neighbor ( younger boys) were noisy in their garage late at night while they rode scooters and were gaming in the garage. Overall the neighborhood was excellent

Amazing location, lovely accommodations!

Best location for Pismo - walk a few blocks to beach, dinner, Everything. Very functional kitchen enabling us to cook some meals in. Beds super comfortable and everything very clean. Thoughtful placement of electric outlets and chargers, and so nice to have provided beach towels and beach gear. Great to have a garage. Fantastic experience!

Awesome Property!

We have friends that own a rental unit in the same complex, but it wasn’t available for the week we needed. Stayed here instead. Another great rental option in the perfect location in town. Everything is walking distance. Unit was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Beds and linen are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
