"It has all the charm you'd expect from a seaside hotel and none of the downsides- no sand in the sheets, clean, well kept, comfortable bedding, etc. It is not the upper end Hilton. The staff could not have been nicer and their communication was outstanding. I plan to return to the Rehoboth area in great part because of the stay we had with them."

"Location location location. You can not beat parking in the lot and having a pool to jump in and out of coming off the beach. Everything is walkable and there's direct boardwalk access. Room was adequate; other reviews say its loud but i was on the first floor and we had no problems."

"Hotel wave was very nice for a quick beach day. Only 10min from Rehoboth maybe 15min when traffic. Very light continental breakfast. Carpets could use deep cleaning. Hotel room was very clean and AC was blasting! The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We had a great stay here! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Location is great- easy access to Reheboth, shops, restaurants and beaches. The owner had great communication and even offered an earlier check in. Pools are clean and fun! There is one pool near the unit, but the other two are a bit of a walk away. Parking was convenient. We would definitely return!"
