"My boyfriend had left for work and someone knocked on the door around 10:48 I told them don’t open the door. Then the lady down stairs behind the front desk came up and opened the door without knocking with me not having on any pants she saw me naked. How disgusting ! You also could have potentially if not already exposed me to other people . You did not initiate a refund told me to after pleading that you were sorry for 15 minutes and calling people on the phone. I told you I was going to call the police. I called Expedia they said that your company did not answer the phone so at that point I filed a police report. When the police came he stated that you said you made contact with Expedia for me. I’m not aware of what was said. You broke your contract and broke my trust. I feel exposed. You should have never saw me naked. Then you tried to lie and say that the tv was on no it was not. I told the lady not to open the door then you came up and just opened the door. I didn’t need excuses or lies. I told you that apology was not accepted and that you should be careful because someone else might not be as nice as I was. No pants on or underwear on for the world to see you should be apologizing . I CALLED THE POLICE ON YOU! You should all be ashamed of yourself. Sorry doesn’t fix the distress! "

"This hotel sits on the interstate. Lots of road and truck noise. Tons of noise from other rooms like walking and music. The rooms are very old and aged. There was no smell but did not seem clean. I do not know how this hotel had a 7.0 rating. It is not even close. The staff was very nice. The towels were good. The breakfast bar was actually pretty good. "

"The room was pretty clean. There were a few cigarette burns in the covers. The WiFi was a little slow, could barely watch my streaming services. The room was very quiet. I couldn’t hear my neighbors at all. The bed was comfortable. I did find it strange that we had to pay a parking fee to park in the parking lot. Not a parking garage, not a shared lot, the lot belonging to the motel."

"This place is extremely run down and dirty. There were stains on the walls, sheets, and floors. The pictures looked like it was newly renovated. DON’T BE FOOLED. After we checked in and saw the room, we immediately left and booked a room elsewhere. I could not even imagine getting into the bed. I did not make a refundable reservation. So, I ended up wasting the money for the room. But it was worth the extra expense to not have to stay in such a seedy, disgusting, room."
