PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Arriving at our home, you can choose to park on the street up front, or in our private parking spot in the alley. Entering from the back through the French patio doors, you`ll first enter into our well-equipped kitchen. From here you`ll step through the dining area complete with seating + service for 6 ((note the half bath on your left) then passing the stairs on the left into our living room. Settle into your Santorini-inspired space, or head upstairs to the second floor (while of course noticing moments like custom carpeting along the way!)
On the right is your first bedroom. Moving ahead you`ll find the first full bath on your right. Ahead you`ll find the larger second bedroom. Heading to the third floor, you`ll find the `suite` - a private shower is on your right, and heading left you`ll enter your bedroom. With a small lounge area to settle in, you might decide just to call it a day and relax up here - but if you`re feeling energized after your Brooklyn-inspired tour, you`re in the perfect place to head out and explore some of the best places Pittsburgh has to offer!
The entire property is accessible, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

You name it, Lawrenceville has it! You`re just a few blocks from Butler Street in the heart of Lower Lawrenceville, with tons of options just a few blocks away. Great restaurants and bars everywhere, 20+ breweries, quaint coffee shops, awesome vintage bowling, abundant shopping, green space, riverside walking/biking trail, and more! Lawrenceville is one of the top 4 most expensive zip codes in Pittsburgh, and with that comes lots of entertainment (and variety!)
Pittsburgh is called the City of Bridges due to our rivers and hills, and because of this, driving here is a learning curve. If you do drive, you can park one vehicle in our off-street parking area. Since our area is super walkable, with a 90+ walk score, we recommend parking and staying put for your stay, and using Uber / Lyft if you`re venturing further out. With more than one vehicle, street parking is available and generally easy to find.
