"Staff are absolutely wonderful at this hotel. Friendly and helpful - i can't thank them enough. On the negative side, it is fairly old and the air conditioning is unbelievably noisy. The location is really good for the university area of Pittsburgh. Parking is confusing but between the hotel and lot staff we managed to get out really early and in the middle of a huge storm."

"We stayed for a long time -- over two weeks. The front desk was very helpful when we needed some help extending our stay. Dining room staff very friendly. Parking is supper easy and included. Location is central to major shopping, if that's your thing. We found it handy on long stay. Easy access to Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair."
