When I asked about the wifi password, they had no idea. All I wanted was a clean place to rest. Didn't quite suffice."

The fan on the air conditioner was very loud, even on the low setting and when it was off, you could feel the cold air coming in front outside. Appeared to be mold near it as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"My room was disgusting to be honest. Bedding was not clean, bathroom smelled so musty and the wall and tiles were falling apart. Had to keep the window open all night so there was fresh air and it wouldn’t smell, so I was quite cold and slept with a jacket on. I asked for a better room but none were available. Even the dirty bedding wasn’t changed when I told them about it. I was even asked not to write a bad review. Crazy bad experience for almost $200/night. Do not waste your money. Shocking room conditions. "
