"Pool pictured is NOT onsite- it is public pool you can have access to by showing your room key. Rooms were basic but clean and warm enough. Not enough storage and slightly awkward design. Would have liked some basic info in room, but if you go into reception there are info sheets. Property aimed at French guests so info mostly in French and TV only had French channels. "We stayed at VVF Residence Plagne 1800 Paradiski from 23.03.2023 - 27.03.2023. Our flight was delayed on arrival so we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm. We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one...
