This was my third visit to the Aloft in Playa del Carmen. The staff was super friendly. They were very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay and helped me with directions to local restaurants. The location is excellent. You can walk to everything, including the beach. There is a large grocery store underneath the building and several restaurants and shopping nearby. Well worth the notably affordable price.

Our stay was excellent. The location is convenient for food, near excellent restaurants and near the beach. We left some belongings in the hotel at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to get our belongings to us. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I was very impressed with the staff.
