"We had a wonderful stay! The home and property were absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. One of our favorite features was how easy it was to walk to the beach. There’s also a lovely grassy, shaded area near the shoreline that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. One thing to note is that the property is located within a gated community, and it takes about 10–12 minutes to drive from the main entrance to the house. That said, the peaceful setting is well worth it. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!"

But most importantly, the concierge team with Dani leading the charge made our stay even that much better with excellent planning and execution of our daily activities. "LOVED the indoor/outdoor open space of the living areas. Swam in the pool and sat in the sauna every day. Walked down every evening to the small neighborhood beach to watch the sunset. Grilled dinner in the outdoor casita and when we wanted to take surf lessons we headed down to Playa Avellanas. Spent wonderful time at Hacienda Pinilla beach club, which was lovely for swimming, lounging, cocktails and dining. The Vida Pinilla concierge team was excellent and made arrival and activities so easy. So relaxing! Highly recommend The Tides Villa! We’ll be back- Thank you"

"I highly recommend Hacienda Pinilla and Mark's beautiful villa! He was a highly responsive, very accommodating host, and we loved the Hacienda Pinilla amenities - from the nearby pools in Lagos de Palma Real to Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club & Playa Langosta Hacienda Pinilla. Some highlights include seeing howler monkeys in the trees just behind the villa, having dinner at Lola's, and watching sunsets from Las Palapas at HP. The ocean-view villa was well-appointed and so peaceful - a wonderful alternative to the hectic Tamarindo area! "
