"Habitacion que no cumple ni el minimo que se necesita para pasar una noche, inmobilario muy escueto casi inexistente y en mal estado, sabana bajera manchada de menstruación, cama de matrimonio y una sola sabana de cama individual doblada para podernos tapar, una sola toalla, sin champú ni otros servicios, ducha con muy poco caudal de agua ... "The stay was good, great location, however the pool and sun bed area was small. The lifts were very small and slow and very hot. The room was clean, although bathroom a bit small. Had a nice stay, but wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel."

"I returned to hotel Ritual this year, and one of the many reasons I always book this hotel was partly for its pool and leisure facilities. The pool area is spacious usually with great staff and a fantastic atmosphere. During my stay, the pool area was occupied by organised events and large numbers of non-resident visitors for several days, which significantly restricted guests' ability to use the facilities. There were 3 days during my stay where I was unable to get to the pool area until at least late afternoon which made it all a little redundant I had issues with trying also obtain the lift key for the beach with the 3 different times I asked I was informed it was unavailable and to check later. The superior room was spacious, with great facilities and a great sea view. I did however notice a smell of stale smoke from the room on arrival and on one occasion my room was not cleaned because 3pm I was told was too late. I had a great time as always in torremolinos but I do feel there was a duty to inform me of the multiple events taking place and the restrictions this may have placed on using the facilities and amenities advertised. Had I been aware of the impact this may have had on my trip, I may have chosen alternative accommodation."

"Clean room although looks nothing like the photos and definitely not worth the price. We only stayed there one night and I’m glad we didn’t have to stay longer, there are multiple bars right across the street which did not quiet down until past 02:00. The AC was nice and it was in a good location for Torremolinos, but overall the stay was very disrupted"

"This was a pleasant stay and I’d generally recommend the hotel, particularly because of its excellent location. It is ideally positioned for both the beach and the town centre, with convenient access to the beach from the lower ground floor and easy access to the town from reception. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and good in-room facilities. The hotel generally feels modern and well presented. There are a few areas where improvements could be made. The pool is quite small, and I was disappointed that there was an additional charge to use the spa facilities. Some of the smaller details were also inconsistent, such as bottled water not always being replenished and the coffee and milk supplies in the room occasionally being missed. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and offered a good selection, although a little more variety would have been welcome. The main drawback was the price. While I appreciate that rates were higher because of a major event taking place in the town during my stay, I felt the hotel was slightly overpriced for what it offered. That said, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return if the price was right. My advice would be to compare rates with nearby hotels and book if you can secure a deal."
