"Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There are some great shop and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk of the hotel. Pizza place right outside the door is excellent. Main plaza is one block away. I’ve stayed there twice now and have been impressed with the staff and their knowledge of local area."

"This vintage hotel is gorgeous, preserving the elegance of the early 20th century. It is very central and convenient to many restaurants and the central Zokalo. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has no elevator, room telephones, and the water is not that hot. Regardless of that, I would recommend to stay at the grand hotel."

"I have been requesting a refund from you for our unused third night at this hotel due to the bites I received while sleeping and the strong evidence of bedbugs in both beds in both of our 2 rooms. This was entirely unacceptable and I deserve a refund. Who would stay in such a hotel for another night?"
