"An excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. My room was clean and spacious. Good quality towels in the bathroom. Not the threadbare ones you see in some midrange hotels. Excellent staff. Strong wifi, and good hot water supply in the shower. Good noise reduction between rooms. My only complaint is that the back of the hotel is along a busy road, so there was ambient noise, particularly at night. This was from traffic, music, and general street activities, sometimes occurring as late as 2:00 am. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of. Would I stay here again in future? Definitely, 100%. "

"I don’t usually leave reviews and I travel very often. This is my third time staying at Blue Chairs. I remember my first visit I read the reviews AFTER booking…. I was actually scared to arrive unsure of what to expect due to negative reviews that some people leave. This visit while enjoying some beautiful beach time and sun, I overheard one patron complaining, being so negative and loudly mentioning how badly he couldn’t wait to write his negative review which encouraged me-to leave this one. The staff are so kind despite the behaviours they are met with daily by uncultured and rude “travellers”. I have never had any issues with the rooms, they are always so clean, safe and air conditioning/balconies always working for me. You literally can walk to the beach, steps from your room and have a chair, beach and great service within metres of your room. Just remember before reading all the reviews that some of these monsters trolling one of the oldest and original LGBTQ+ businesses that we actually have left in our continent and people you may not want to even be sitting next to on the beach or heaven forbid travel with may be the ones writing that review…. Take it with a grain of salt sometimes and what you go looking for you will find in PVR!!! A magical place!! Thank you Blue Chairs for a safe, comfortable and lovely vacation!!! I will be back!! <3"

"Wejust left the Buenaventura family of 7 three rooms they didn’t have enough regular rooms for us so two of us got upgraded to honeymoon suites!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and go above and beyond many many thanks to everyone. I won’t remember all of their names, but some of them are Gustavo, Jorge, Eduardo, Liliana, Bianca, and Rudy oh and Nora‘s new boyfriend Carlos Nora is our baby she’s 8 1/2 months old. Adan is the animation lead and is BEYOND wonderful!! Food is great, always something to choose from! CLEAN! Amazing housekeepers! Our family trip fave so far! We will be back 😊😊😊"

"Great local hotel close to all Zona Romantica has to offer. Only advice is to avoid rooms facing the street as it can be noisy early mornings (6 am) if you are a light sleeper - but otherwise great location, staff, and value."
