"Everything thing was just like we were home. I just wish someone would make it that if you stay a week or so the prices shouldn't change on you. You should be locked in."

They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund."

EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer a refund. Nothing!!! This property says Marriot but it is a managed and owned property of Image Hotels. A night of terror for us and not one offering of compensation for the nightmare stay. Stay Clear!!! "
