A modern and spacious architect's villa, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Available from Saturday 01 August at 4 pm to Saturday 22 August at 11 am, this house offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday.
The villa is not suitable for travelers with mobility réduite.il there is a slight difference in height for the outside and the bathroom is not accessible to wheelchairs or walkers.
On the first floor, you will be greeted by a large, bright living room with a large screen and a relaxation area with 6 comfortable armchairs offering a view of the pool. The spacious equipped kitchen, a large ceramic table that can accommodate from 6 to 12 people. You will also find a bedroom with a sofa bed and an adjoining shower room. A toilet is also located on this level.
Upstairs, you will discover a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed offering a soothing view of the field, a second bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed offering a magnificent view of the pool, and a third bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds also offering a view of the field. For your comfort, a bathroom equipped with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower, as well as a separate toilet. The mezzanine is equipped with small sports equipment for the more active among you.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant space with a barbecue, a plancha, a table for 6 people and a high table for 8 people, ideal for evening dinners. The heated 4x8 swimming pool is surrounded by deckchairs, garden furniture, offering a real haven of peace to relax and enjoy the sun.
For those who wish to explore the surroundings, we provide 3 bicycles. The garden, very wooded and quiet, completes this idyllic setting, perfect for a relaxing stay.
