Stone house on the port of LESCONIL (SEA VIEW) 4 STARS

Welcome to our stone house located directly on the port of Lesconil, close to the sailing school, restaurants and shops.
The beach is within walking distance (2 minutes walk).

The house has received 4 stars by the tourist office of FinistĂšre.

The comfortable 140 mÂČ house was completely renovated in 2019. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs, a large master bedroom (20mÂČ) with 160X200 bed + a sofa bed for 2 people (2 windows with harbor and sea view), one bedroom (11mÂČ), 160X200 bed (sea view), one bedroom 2 90X190 beds (sea view). The 3 bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters.
Upstairs you will also find a bathroom with double sink, shower and bath and an independent toilet.

On the ground floor a large living room of more than 40mÂČ with a warm living space with insert fireplace and flat screen, a dining area with a large table that can accommodate 10 people and an open fitted kitchen (oven, micro -wave, dishwasher, central island with stools etc ...) You will also find another independent WC, a bathroom (shower and basin) with washing machine and dryer).

All overlooking a charming little garden facing south (the house and the garden are bathed in light from morning to evening) from where you can see the sea.

We provide if necessary everything necessary for a young child (cododo bed or cot with mattress, bath, deckchair, high chair).

Bed linen and bath sheets provided at no extra charge.

Cleaning is not included in the basic rate (+90 euros)

Great house in great location

We stayed in Lesconil for two weeks in August / September 2019. We can absolutely recommend it, both the house and the town. All you need for daily life is only a few minutes walk from the house, large supermarket by car in the next village. The house itself is spacious, fully equipped, clean and lovely decorated in a modern style as shown on the photos. All new on top level, as you would buy it for your own house. Reception by the owner was perfect, very open and flexible, good communication, we felt really welcome. We will come back.

Schönes altes Steinhaus mit moderner Ausstattung

Ein super Urlaub in einem sehr schönem Haus

Wir fanden ein sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus in dem wirklich alles fĂŒr das tĂ€gliche Leben vorhanden war. In den vielen Jahren Urlaub war dieses Haus mit Abstand das beste Objekt, was wir je hatten. SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN !!!

Tolles Haus am Hafen von Lesconil

Wir haben wundervolle 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral. In KĂŒrze ist man an wundervollen StrĂ€nden und Wanderwege. Auch fĂŒr FahrradausflĂŒge bestens gelegen. Danke und merci. Andreas und Brigitte

Schönes Haus in der Bretagne

Wir waren 14 Tage im Urlaub und hatten eine schöne Zeit verlebt. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Die StrÀnde in der Umgebung sind weitlÀufig und wunderbar zum laufen.

Nous avons visitĂ©, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, pont l’Abbe, Quimper et les Ăźles Glenans. Fait de super tour Ă  vĂ©lo, bord de l’eau et chemin en forĂȘt. Sans oublier belote et apĂ©ro en terrasse !! Du bonheur quoi !!!!

Besser geht nicht!

Wir haben als Paar mit Hund drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem traumhaften Haus verbringen dĂŒrfen. Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, der Empfang von Pierre-Julien war sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr. Das Haus ist in allem sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber, wir waren begeistert und haben einfach nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein urbanes Haus und die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, der Hafen mit den Fischerbooten direkt vor der TĂŒr ebenso der Markt, Restaurants und Cafes. Wir empfanden es nicht als zu laut, uns hat das Leben im Ort nicht gestört, es war aber auch noch keine Hochsaison. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Bester Platz in der Bretagne

Tolles Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht und noch mehr war vorhanden. Die Lage war optimal um am Abend noch einen schnellen Strandspaziergang zu machen oder in ein nahes Restaurant zu gehen. Mit dem Auto lassen sich jeden Tag neue Ziele anfahren, da das Haus sehr Zentral liegt. Absolut eine Empfehlung!

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines magnifiques Ă  Lesconil. La maison est super jolie, il y a tous ce qu‘il faut, trĂšs propre et pratique. La communication avec les proprietaires Ă©tait toujours trĂšs vite,utile et chaloureuse. Nos enfants veulent absolument retourner dans cette maison l‘annĂ©e prochaine :-) Tout Ă  fait recommandĂ©!!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte und mehr. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Terrasse ist groß und herrlich zum sitzen. Zum Hafenbecken sind es 50m und zur Bar vielleicht 200m. Tolle Lage mitten im schönen Lasconil, Montagabend und Mittwoch Markt direkt vor der TĂŒr. Wir waren mit unseren Ebikes dort und die Gegend ist herrlich zur Radfahren. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Lage am Hafen bedingt einen gewissen Trubel und LautstĂ€rke. Damit muss man sich arrangieren und darf nicht zu empfindlich sein. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Das "Maison du Port" ist sofort unser Haus gewesen - es ist bestens ausgestattet, gerĂ€umig, sauber und hell. Es liegt zentral, man ist schnell ĂŒberall im Ort bzw. am Strand und in der wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Haus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Unsere Gastgeber, Pierre-Julien, Dorothee und Familie sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit - es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, merci!! (PS: die Fotos in der Anzeige sind sehr hilfreich, man kann sich alles sehr gut vorstellen und entspricht der RealitĂ€t)

Feriendomizil, in dem man sich zu Hause fĂŒhlt.

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, die Ausstattung ist - bis auf vereinzelte Kleinigkeiten - vollstĂ€ndig. Die Lage ist gĂŒnstig, Einkaufmöglichkeiten fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf sind zu Fuss erreichbar, grössere SupermĂ€rkte mit dem Auto in unter 10 min. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Beautifully decorated and one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. It's a beautiful house in a lovely location. Everything you need is provided even to the small details. La maison est trĂšs jolie , parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, un beau jardin et une terrasse permettant de profiter du soleil Nous sommes restĂ©es une semaine six adultes.
