The Kerbiscart residence enjoys a prime location, making this 108m² duplex a very pleasant place to stay. Located on the 2nd and top floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and small freezer) opening onto a sea-view balcony, a dining room opening onto a sea-view balcony, two bedrooms (double beds and two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine is furnished with a lounge/TV area and a sleeping area (sleeps 120), a bedroom (double bed) with a skylight and sea view, and a small shower room. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a small electric barbecue, a cot, and a high chair. The garage is accessible, but it is difficult to access and suitable for small cars.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the designated containers in the city. If laundry is selected, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
