House Ty Losquet.

Spacious family home, built in 2005 on a plot of 1,500 m².
At the entrance, a 45 m² living room with cathedral roof, including living room, dining room and wood stove. The 16 m² kitchen is equipped and furnished with a central island.
The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace. Upstairs, a child-friendly mezzanine with television. On the ground floor, a corridor leads to a separate bathroom and toilet with walk-in shower, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet with bathtub.
There is also a bedroom of 11 m² with a 160 cm wide double bed and a closet, a 12 m² bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, a large closet, a small desk, and a bedroom of 10 m² with a single bed 90 cm wide, a small wardrobe and a small cupboard.

The house is connected to the internet via ADSL..

Once you arrive at 4 bis Ty Losquet, locate the blue gate; the key box is on the far left, well hidden under a hanging plant. To open the small gate on the right, you will find the remote control to open the large gate inside the house.

The Ty Losquet house is ideally located: just 5 minutes from downtown Plouha, 23 minutes from downtown Paimpol and 34 minutes from downtown Saint-Brieuc. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 is less than 4 minutes by car, offering access to the Plouha cliffs trail, Bonaparte beach, as well as Anse de Bréhec, offering an extraordinary landscape.

Dear travelers
A little important reminder: the house is equipped with magnificent solid oak parquet flooring in all rooms. To preserve its beauty and durability, we have carefully installed a doormat at the entrance to help you remove small stones or gravel from under your shoes. However, for safety reasons and to avoid any risk of scratches or damage, we would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes inside the house.
