"We spent Christmas here and it was so special waking up to the sight of a beautiful sunrise over the water and snow on the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets to cook a holiday meal. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. Easy drive to the center of Newburyport with lots of great restaurants and shops but also several local stores and restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot across the street was an added bonus as we had three cars. "

Steve is a gracious and personable host, we really enjoyed meeting him. It was close to the refuge where we spent many hours birding, we will certainly return!"
