The room was spacious. There are just shelves to store your belongings, no dressers or drawers. The property had a nice fitness center that was 24/7. There are no washer/ dryer facilities for guest use. I had a delicious meal that was affordable at the hotel restaurant. The location was close to the Cathedral Square with lots of shopping and restaurants. The tram system in Pilsen is very efficient. My only concern was that a friend who was in a wheelchair in a room nearby found bed bugs. The staff assigned her a new room but did not help her with the move. Check your mattress when you arrive.

Lovely stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely modern hotel with excellent friendly staff. Shout out especially to the very helpful and friendly Freddy and Akhi, two gents. Great location, a short walking distance to The Brewery, The football stadium and The main square.

Great hotel with very helpful and wonderful staff! The hotel was under construction when we went, so the weight room was in a new location that wasn’t great (but with construction that is understandable). Other than that, the stay was perfect! Would stay again!

Wonderful Pilzen

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, the staff was very attentive, and recognized me and my family every time we came back from our daily adventures. Close to many of the wonderful sites; within walking distance. Breakfast was readily available every day and the food/variety was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here any time you are in Pilzen.

We stayed overnight on our way from Frankfurt to Prague. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean amd comfortable. Breakfast was great. The biggest surprise was the small ice machine on our floor. We stayed in 4 different hotels around eastern europe on this trip and nowhere else had that feature.
