A cozy little cabin

We loved the place! The location is great, close to all kinds of trails nearby. The host was very communicative and the cabin was clean and well organized. Definitely would recommend it to others, and we will be back!

Cozy cabin

Very nice, clean, well kept cabin. Definitely will stay here again. The only issue we had was the internet service but that is beyond the control of the owners. Will be suggesting the cabin to other people.

Poconos Cabin

Had a wonderful 2 night stay here, felt secluded and had a great view of the stars, perfect size cabin, well heated, nice sized bathroom, and full kitchen area. Could not test out the bonfire area due to a burn ban, but looking forward to that next time!

Fantastic little cabin for a quiet weekend away!

The owners were super helpful when we got into town and the cabin was perfect for the two of us. Under a two hour drive from the Philadelphia metro, it was a great, cozy little weekend away.

Our stay was great! A weekend in the woods is exactly what was needed. The cabin is so cute and cozy! I did notice though that the cabin could use some tic. The front banister on the left is coming off. The shower drain had a lot of mold and there was a pretty good layer of dust of things. Also the dumper area is horrible. There is garbage everywhere from the bears and it you can tell it’s been full for a while. Overall though I was stay here again. A little sprucing up and all was well. But the banister really should be looked at that’s a safety issue.

PERFECT rustic (but modern) getaway in the Poconos

Absolutely perfect little cabin in the Poconos! My husband and I stayed here for a week with our dog and couldn't have had a better time. Super clean and had everything you could need. Perfect size for 2 adults. Lovely walking in the area and plenty of fishing spots for the husband. Can't wait to come back here in the Spring!

Perfect little cabin

This property is just beautiful, very clean, and in a lovel location. There is a slightly larger cabin right next door, but we still felt like we were in own little world. We utilized the grill for dinner each night and even enjoyed the fire pit on a cold night. Highly recommend.

Quiet Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the cabin although there were some issues, host communication was generally quick with responding very kind and helped solve the issues. Cabin is deceiving seems- with pictures seems like it is right on the river which it is not and there are 2 other rentals on same property. We still had an amazing time the cabin was very clean, cute, and exactly what we were looking for. Did want something more secluded and alone but the neighbors were quiet and it ended up being a lovely weekend. River is a bit away- short walk but not right behind the house. Plenty of room on the property hiking and bonfire. Would highly recommend to others and would come again.

Great place!!!!

We stayed during the blizzard of 2016. The owner Jennifer was awesome! Not only did they clear and plow the snow but offered to go to the store to get us food! We ended up staying an extra night, and was moved to the other Cabin. Both cabins are awesome! The one bedroom was very cozy and romantic:) Close to Wawa and outlets an added bonus! We will be booking this cabin again and highly suggest you book your stay too!

Truly a home away from home.

The Cabin was very clean and homey. Soon as I entered I felt comfort and coziness. Both the owners greeted us with warmth and were very helpful. Anything you needed they were there to help out. The owners have a few horses, a friendly goat, and two friendly dogs, whom we got to meet. In additon, the area is very close to many attractions. Whether you are staying in the cabin or exploring the local attractions, you will never get bored. I am definitely looking forward to coming back.

Relaxing Weekend Away

Such a wonderful weekend! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and perfect for two people. We had a hard time getting out of bed - it was like sleeping on a cloud. The center of town (Blakeslee) is about a 5-minute drive and has a Dunkin, Wawa, CVS and some gas stations. We weren't at the cabin much during the day since we planned a kayaking trip in Shawnee (about 20 minutes East) but we enjoyed sitting on the porch swing on Sunday before we headed home. There was some noise from the construction but that was only on Saturday morning. The only negatives (not sure I'd even want to call them that but they are worth mentioning for further renters) were that the other cabin on the property is closer than we thought, and there are no keys for the cabin. The occupants of the other cabin kept to themselves, as did we, but if you're looking for COMPLETE seclusion, you'll need to either rent that other cabin or stay elsewhere. It didn't bother us at all. Also, while not having a key to the door was initially alarming, we quickly got over it. Looking forward to returning!
