The Price includes:
- Utilities: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Tenuta di Macericca is set in an enchanting hillside location just a few kilometres from the town of Poggibonsi, halfway between Siena and Florence. It is a an early 20th century restored farmhouse that has preserved the original features, combining them with modern comforts. Externally clad in exposed stone, it has a bright, spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with central island; all the rooms have air-conditioning and every bedroom has a panoramic view and ensuite bathroom. Outside, from the terraces stretching out in front of the house and from the pool, you have a magnificent view over the green hills covered by rows of vines and the thick foliage of the olive trees that surround the property. Its private, secluded position guarantees discretion and tranquillity for those looking for a relaxing holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside. We are in an area that includes the best of all that the prestigious Florentine Chianti region can offer, from the fascinating medieval borghi of Gaiole, Radda, Greve and Panzano to Volterra and San Gimignano, all just a short distance away, with their alluring architecture, tradition and gastronomic excellences, the pride of the region.

Interior:
Tenuta di Macericca has two floors. The main entrance leads into a bright, spacious living room with a sofa and TV corner and an area with dining table; next to this is the large, fully-equipped kitchen with central island and marble worktop. French windows from both the living room and the kitchen lead directly to the outdoor terraces. The ground floor is completed by a reading room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the sleeping area composed of five bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom: two double with bathroom with shower, one double with bathroom with hydromassage shower (with Turkish bath and chromotherapy functions), a double with bathroom with tub and, finally, a double (with divisible bed) with bathroom with whirlpool tub. The laundry room is located in the basement with access from the outside and located on one side of the house.
Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
Tenuta di Macericca is part of a property that covers about 10 hectares of land, distributed among olive groves, woods and newly-planted vineyards; the available garden is about 2000 sq m, spread out over various terraces which are covered mainly by paved areas and partly by lawn (about 300 sq m) with bushes of lavender, sage and rosemary, olive and cypress trees and ornamental plants. Outside the living room French windows on the ground floor are large paved terraces with umbrellas providing shade to small tables, chairs, sofas and a long table for outdoor dining, the latter directly in front of the kitchen French window, facing the pool. The entrance gate to the property leads directly to the parking area, just a few steps from the main entrance.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
In the most secluded area of the property, on a lower terrace about 20 m from the house, and accessed across a paved path and then through a gate, is the completely fenced-in pool which measures 7 x 14 m with the depth varying from 0.95 to 2.30 m. Lined in PVC with a wooden border, it has a metal ladder for access to the water, chlorine purification and internal and external lighting. The sunbathing area is equipped with umbrellas, tables, comfortable sunbeds and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
