아주 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 값도 싸고 친절하시더라구요. 시설도 괜찮고 잘 치워주십니다. 단지 아쉬웠던 점은 침대크기가 좀 조그만 편인 것 같습니다. 두명이서 묵기는 힘들 수 있습니다.

방음이 매우 부족하네요. 주변객실 출입문 소리, 객실내 통화소리가 너무 잘 들려요. 조식은… 마감시간 다 되니 추가가 전혀 안되어있네요. 첫 방문이었는데 아쉬움이 많이 남네요.

처음에 창문이 없는 줄 알았습니다.. 너무 갑갑했어요.. 시설은 오래된 모텔 수준이라 다른데 가고 싶었어요.. 한달도 전에 예약했는데 2층 제일 후진 방 주신 것 같아요.. 너무해요.. 울 뻔 했어요.. 방음도 아예 안도ㅐ요. 청결도는 아주 좋습니다. 주차가 너무 힘들어요. 너무나 협소해요 주차장이.. 그래도 직원 분들이 적극적으로 주차안내 해주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 직원 분들은 너무너무 친절하세요..!

출장으로는 매우 좋음

포항에 출장올때마다 고민이 된다. 아주 오랜만에 다시 베니키아를 이용해 보았는데 3년 전과 달라진 것은 로비와 엘리베이터가 리모델링이 됐고 그리고 룸안에 티비가 커졌다. 가격을 생각하면 나름 만족스러우나 주말에는 주차공간이 매우 협소하여 다른곳을 이용할 수 밖에 없다. 암튼 출장목적으로 이용하기에는 만족스러운 곳이다.

호텔 위치 및 상태

위치는 바닷가쪽이 아니라 시내에 위치하고 있고 죽도시장은 가까운 편이나 영일대는 차타고 조금 가야되네요~ 호텔내부는 좁은편이고 시내에 있다보니 조그만 창을 내다봐도 그냥 빌딩만 보이네요. 화장실은 좀 아닌것 같아요 오래되고 시설이 좋질 않네요. 그냥 잠만자고 나오는데는 문제는 없습니다.
