"Everything about this stay was wonderful and very well cared for. Matthew (check in desk) was so welcoming. It was clear that his greeting was sincere. The balcony view was beautiful, the unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We dine on site, which offered a diverse and delicious options. My only regret is that we could not stay longer."

"This is our first time staying at Swan/Dolphin, we usually stay at Boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again. We had all of the benefits of staying at Boardwalk with a slightly lower price point. Everyone was friendly, the property and rooms were clean, the pool was awesome and it was convenient walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. There was a large conference that was getting ready to start the day we were leaving, so we didn't really feel the full impact of what that would have been like, so that could have potentially been a drawback. "

"Overall our one night stay was amazing. It was in a good location close to the parks and also around food areas. The room was clean and spacious and very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful during the stay. The breakfast was really good for a hotel buffet. Food was fresh with options and tasted good! My only issue which was very minimal was th check in process took a long time. It was late when we got there and only 2 people working the desk so they were trying their best and still friendly even when other guest kept interrupting them. The next morning for breakfast, we didn’t get our tickets at check in that we paid for so we had to go back and get them so make sure you get the tickets in case your room isn’t on the list. Overall experience was good with the small hiccups. I would definitely return to this hotel and can’t wait to see when the rest is finished! "
