"The room was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of four. The only negative was we found mildew/mold in the ceiling over the front door but we saw it the morning we were leaving so it didn't affect our stay. There was no time to stress about what it really was."

"The beach is my happy place and Spray Beach Hotel is right on the beach even though I stayed across the street. I would have been happier in the bldg. on the beach. The staff were helpful and my room was clean. They added a resort fee and I had to put a $250 deposit that will be refunded when the room is checked for damage. I will stay here again."

"Despite the negative reviews of this place I must admit the room I had (105) was quite good,. It was clean, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Shampoo conditioner and soap were provided, The towels and sheets were clean, no hairs or stains,. The shower , was a little scratched on the floor of the bathtub probably because of all the sand, but clean. I am taking 1 star off for 2 reasons, 1) They need blinds on the window because the Persian blinds let in the hallway light and the stairs were next to it and I felt it didn't provide enough privacy, 2) The bed , while very comfortable and clean creaked a lot from the springs. The location is excellent , only 1 block from Midway Steaks / Spicy Cantina on the boardwalk. The parking , while tight was manageable. But we had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again."
