2 bathrooms - 1st bathroom is a 3 way bathroom with vanity, full size bath, walk in shower & separate w/c, 2nd bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry sink.

Front deck with outdoor setting, outdoor lounge.

Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Bed configuration - bed 1 - QB, bed 2 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top) and 1 single bunk, bed 3 - QB

Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels
